Once you enter this value, the software will automatically increment your bid until the maximum amount is reached. The software keeps your Proxy Bid hidden, and the price will increment only if competing bids have been placed on the same item. Use this time saving feature to bid on individual items of interest. If your Proxy Bid is outbid, you will automatically be notified by e-mail, and you will have an opportunity to update your bid. If you win, you will automatically be notified by e-mail at the close of the sale.
Proxy Bids may be updated at any time. Simply enter the new amount, then select, "Confirm Bid". Please note, you will not be allowed to update your Proxy Bid below the Current Bid amount.
